Purchased the doll with long black hair since my daughter loves playing with hair. The doll is advertised as being "resistant to tangling", but sadly the doll's hair arrived horribly tangled. We tried adding water, adding natural hair products, but nothing helped to detangle the hair. I haven't been able to find sufficient information on how to maintain this particular doll's hair (any help would be appreciated). Thankfully my daughter still likes the doll, but she has not been able to play with her hair at all.
