When is Christmas this year and when is the last safe day to order toys for Christmas delivery?

While 95% of our packages arrive within a week, we still must advise what the Post Office and UPS are actually stating as their dates. The choice of course is yours.

Christmas 2025 is on Thursday the 25th, so the last safe day to order from us would be Tuesday, December 16th Ship on the 17th with the last day for USPS delivery being Wednesday Dec 24th.

Here is the US Postal Service's guidance for Christmas 2025 shipping and delivery: 

USPS Ground Advantage™: Ship by Wednesday, December 17th
First-Class Mail®: Ship by Wednesday December 17th
Priority Mail®: Ship by Thursday, December 18th
Priority Mail Express®: Ship by Saturday, December 20th 


And, we can not 'Guarantee' Timely delivery... we can only promise you that we will give it to the Postal Service or UPS on the next mailing day.

We cannot control what they do with your box. 
That is why we send you your tracking number emails!

      
   
IF YOUR ORDER IS TOO LARGE TO FIT INTO A  PRIORITY MAIL or UPS 3 Day Box, IT HAS TO GO RETAIL GROUND
We will do everything we can to make it fit into Regular Mail or UPS boxes, including removing dolls from their original boxes 
to save space so we can use
Priority until the last moment.***
(Most Cloth Dolls - under a pound - go Ground )

 If we still can't make it fit,
we will cancel your order and void your payment.

We'd rather give up the sale than disappoint a child for Christmas!
    • All orders are shipped within one business day. Order on Monday and it ships on Tuesday, etc.
    • 'Porch theft' is a growing problem. Please have your packages delivered to a 'safe' location.
    • Remember to add a day if your Mail Carrier or UPS usually leaves you a notice, leaves packages at a 'front desk' or 'management office,' 'package locker'
    • or if you are shipping to a PO Box. (No UPS)
    • Please, make sure you give us the right address. We access the US Postal Service address database. If we can't find a match, we can't ship your package. 
    • The email will contain a your delivery confirmation number, and a link to the USPS or UPS tracking so that you can follow your package's progress. 
    • Our average package delivery is a week or less. 
  • Once we give your package to the Post Office or UPS, it is in their hands. All shipping times, costs and delivery tracking information is based on what they tell us. 
Addie and I have been selling dolls online since 2002, and every Christmas there are a few folks who are going to be disappointed about our shipping. Thousands of you will be just fine, but we really wish that every single one of you could get the dolls you want when you want them.
