Shipping policy

Flat Rate Shipping:

We charge a flat rate of $7.50 to ship all orders up to $84.99; at $85 Free Shipping kicks in. We ship using three US Postal Service levels: First Class, Parcel Select and Priority Mail. We also occasionally use UPS during high traffic seasons. 

We also offer you the option to choose US Priority Mail at checkout.

Free Return Shipping
We will gladly send you a return shipping label* upon request, using the same method we used to send you your original package. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the origin cost of shipping you your item may be deducted from your refund.

*US Mail and UPS return shipping labels must be used promptly, they expire quickly.

PS: If you earned free shipping ($85 and up), return shipping is not free. 

Overnight Shipping

We can in individual cases, arrange for Priority Express Mail 1-2 Day shipping. It is pricey at $50 additional, but doable. It is also dependent on the day of the week, time of day and your zip code. Just type Express Mail into the search box and add it to your cart. We will move your order to the top of the pile and shepherd it through our process.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally at this time

Tracking and Delivery Notifications

We send both tracking and delivery notifications. The tracking notifications let you watch your packages progress from our warehouse to you, the delivery notifications let you know that the driver has scanned the package off his / her truck.
