When should you order your Christmas dolls?

Please order early! We want your dolls to arrive in plenty of time for the holidays.

Hanukkah begins at sunset on Friday, December 4, and Christmas Day is Friday, December 25, 2026, and Kwanzaa begins December 26th.

Last Safe Order Day: Thursday, December 17th (shipping out on Friday the 18th, with the final USPS delivery window ending Thursday, Dec 24th).

Although approximately 95% of our packages arrive within a week, holiday shipping gets busy, and neither the Postal Service nor UPS can promise that every package will arrive on a particular day.

Our advice? Don't wait until the last minute! Remember that we need time to process your order before handing it to the shipping carrier. For the best chance of receiving your dolls on time, please order well ahead of these dates.

A few things you should know about our shipping

📦 Our Personal Promise on Shipping & Packing

• We can never guarantee what the carriers do once a box leaves our hands, but we do promise that we will hand it to the Postal Service or UPS on the very next mailing day (orders ship within 1 business day).
• When your order ships, we'll email you a delivery confirmation number and a link to track your package.
• Our average package delivery time is a week or less, although holiday conditions can cause delays.
• Please double-check your shipping address. We use the USPS address database, and an address that cannot be verified may prevent shipment.
• If your carrier normally leaves a delivery notice, or if your package is going to a PO Box, please allow an additional day.
• Porch theft is a growing problem. Whenever possible, have your package delivered somewhere safe.

A note about larger orders

• The "Box-Fitting" Miracle Trick: If your order is too large to fit standard Priority or UPS 3-Day boxes, we will do everything humanly possible to make it fit—including carefully removing dolls from their original outer packaging to save space so we can keep using priority shipping right up until the final moments.
• Our Golden Rule: If we still can't make it fit safely, we will cancel your order and void your payment. We’d rather give up a sale than disappoint a child on Christmas morning!

Beat Porch Theft: Package theft spikes in December. If you or your grandchildren live in a busy area, consider having packages shipped to a trusted workplace, a neighbor who is home, or held at your local post office.

Account for Special Deliveries: Add an extra day if your postal carrier leaves packages at a front desk, management office, package locker, or if you are shipping to a PO Box (No UPS for PO Boxes).

Double Check the Address: We connect directly with the US Postal Service address database. If the system can't match your address, we can't print a label—please review your shipping destination carefully!
